Something has stopped working.
An automation fails, a form stops sending information or an integration no longer updates the right records.
We investigate what's changed, identify the cause and help restore the functionality.
A broken CRM workflow, an unreliable integration or an application that needs fixing shouldn't take over your day. Get practical help with the systems your business already uses.
One-off help from £125 + VAT. Flexible support hours and ongoing arrangements available.
Your business already runs on software. Some of it was configured by suppliers, some built by developers and some you may have set up yourself.
When something needs attention, you need someone who can understand the problem and get the work done, without having to explain your entire setup from scratch every time.
An automation fails, a form stops sending information or an integration no longer updates the right records.
We investigate what's changed, identify the cause and help restore the functionality.
A customer journey needs adjusting, a dashboard needs another field or an existing application needs a small improvement.
We can make agreed changes without turning every request into a major development project.
Information is being copied manually, records are duplicated or different applications aren't exchanging information reliably.
We help investigate, repair and improve the connections between your systems.
A freelancer has moved on, an application has grown beyond its original purpose or several tools have been connected without proper documentation.
We can assess the existing setup, establish how the components fit together and recommend a sensible way forward.
We focus on the applications, automations, integrations and connected systems that support your day-to-day operation.
Troubleshooting, configuration changes and improvements to the software you already use.
This can include CRM systems, booking platforms, websites, ecommerce tools and other business applications.
Fixing workflows, triggers, API connections and data transfers between applications.
We can also help improve existing automations and build smaller new integrations where the requirements are clear.
Investigating missing records, incorrect figures, unreliable data synchronisation and problems with existing reporting applications.
Support for existing internal tools, web applications, databases and bespoke functionality, subject to technical review.
Our team has experience working with technologies such as GoHighLevel, Make, Zapier, n8n, Replit, Supabase and other development and business platforms.
These are examples, not a fixed list of supported products. We assess each request against the technologies involved, available access and our team's expertise.
We specialise in business software and connected applications, rather than general IT support for laptops, printers, office networks or everyday device problems.
Some businesses only need an occasional fix. Others want a technical team that understands their systems and is available when changes or problems arise.
All prices exclude VAT. Third-party software, hosting and usage costs are separate.
£125+ VAT
First hour, including investigation.
For a specific issue or change without an ongoing commitment.
If the issue cannot be resolved within the first hour, we'll explain what we've found and agree the next step before additional charges apply.
£425+ VAT
Five hours, valid for 90 days.
For businesses that need occasional help with different technical issues.
Unused hours expire after 90 days. Larger development projects are quoted separately.
£295/month + VAT
Two hours of technical work included each month.
For businesses that want a familiar technical team to contact when something needs attention.
Initial three-month commitment, then rolling monthly with 30 days' notice. Unused monthly hours do not roll over.
Support is provided Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time, excluding UK bank holidays.
We aim to acknowledge accepted support requests within one working day during business hours. Support Partnership clients receive priority handling.
Response times are targets, not guaranteed resolution times. The time required to resolve an issue depends on its cause, system access, third-party services and technical complexity.
No work beyond the agreed allowance or approved estimate is undertaken without authorisation.
Some businesses rely on several connected applications, databases or automations that have become important to their daily operation.
In those situations, a few hours of reactive support may not be enough.
We can provide a separately scoped maintenance arrangement for the applications and integrations your business depends on.
Pricing based on the systems and responsibilities involved.
For businesses with custom applications, connected databases, reporting infrastructure or multiple operational integrations.
Depending on the agreed scope, this can include:
We assess the current setup before agreeing what we can responsibly maintain.
Monitoring, backups, security responsibilities, support hours and response commitments are defined in the individual agreement. They are not automatically included in standard support packages.
Discuss application maintenancePerhaps an application was built by a previous developer, your automations have grown over time or a collection of connected tools now needs regular attention.
We can help establish what exists, how it works and whether it can be supported reliably.
Scoped and quoted following an initial conversation.
We review the relevant applications, code, integrations, data flows, deployment arrangements, known faults and existing documentation.
The aim is to establish:
You receive a summary of findings, recommended priorities and a proposed scope for any further work.
This is a technical assessment, not a full operational investigation, penetration test or comprehensive security certification.
Where the system is straightforward, an initial On-Demand Support session may be sufficient. More complex environments require a separately agreed paid review.
Discuss a technical takeoverWe want small changes to stay simple while making sure more substantial work is properly planned.
Small new features may be completed through support hours where their requirements and risks are sufficiently clear.
As a general rule, if a request is expected to take more than three hours or introduces significant technical changes, we'll normally provide a separate estimate.
Explain which application or system is involved, what's happening and what you've already tried.
You don't need to know the technical cause.
We review the request, check whether it falls within our expertise and agree the appropriate support arrangement.
Our technical team examines the problem, carries out the approved work and tests the result where possible.
If anything significant changes in the scope, we discuss it before proceeding.
We explain the work completed, any outstanding issues and whether further action is recommended.
For ongoing clients, we maintain a record of relevant changes so future support doesn't start from scratch.
When something breaks, you need someone to understand the setup, find the fault and get the work moving. You should not have to brief a new freelancer for every change or manage the technical details yourself.
WorkflowMind coordinates the work, keeps a record of what has changed and gives you a clear point of contact. For ongoing clients, that history makes the next problem easier to tackle.
We work within your existing applications and accounts wherever practical. We agree the access needed, make approved changes and explain what has been done.
Please do not send passwords, API keys or customer records through the enquiry form. We will arrange secure access separately if required.
Yes. Our On-Demand Support option is designed for individual issues, minor changes and technical problems that don't require an ongoing agreement.
We'll explain what we've found and seek approval before continuing with additional chargeable work. The initial hour covers investigation and any work achievable within that time, rather than guaranteeing a fix.
No. You can request one-off support or buy a prepaid block of hours. A Support Partnership is better suited to businesses expecting regular requests or wanting an established technical relationship.
Agreed technical investigation, development, configuration, testing and technical documentation. We track time and explain any significant work before undertaking it.
Routine invoicing and basic account administration do not consume your support allowance.
Support is measured in technical person-hours. Where involving additional engineers would materially increase the time charged, we'll agree that in advance.
Often, yes. We first need to understand the technology, available access and condition of the existing system. Poorly documented or complex applications may require a paid takeover assessment.
Yes, where the work fits our technical capabilities. Small changes may fit within support hours. More substantial builds are separately scoped and quoted.
Our focus is business applications, automations, integrations, databases and software development. We don't ordinarily provide computer repairs, printer support, office networking or general device helpdesk services.
Yes, subject to appropriate arrangements. We prefer individual user invitations and controlled permissions. Where an application has limited access options, we'll agree a suitable alternative before work begins.
Tell us the issue and systems involved. We assess the work, assign the right technical expertise and manage communication and follow-up through WorkflowMind. Any access or data-processing arrangements needed are agreed before work begins.
We'll assess the nature of the information, access requirements and relevant contractual or regulatory restrictions before accepting work that requires access.
Some engagements may require additional controls or a different delivery arrangement.
We can investigate and help you understand the issue, including working with the relevant supplier where agreed. We cannot guarantee the performance or availability of third-party services.
No. Some problems depend on external systems, unsupported software or access beyond our control. We agree the work, communicate our findings and explain what can reasonably be achieved.
No. Standard support operates during UK business hours. Different availability or monitoring arrangements can be considered as part of a separately scoped Managed Application Care agreement.
Monthly Support Partnership hours do not roll over. Flexible Support Hours remain available for 90 days from purchase.
The client normally retains ownership of its existing systems and infrastructure. Rights in new code, reusable components and commissioned deliverables are set out in the relevant agreement.
Potentially. We would first review the application, its dependencies, deployment arrangements and maintenance risks, then agree a specific scope and price.
Whether it's a single broken integration or a collection of systems that need ongoing attention, tell us what's happening.
We'll review the request and explain the most appropriate way to help.
Sometimes fixing the software isn't enough.
If your team is still dealing with unnecessary manual work, repeated problems or systems that don't support the way the business needs to operate, the next step may be a wider investigation.
WorkflowMind's Operational Diagnostics help establish what's actually causing the problem and which changes are worth making before you invest further.
