Know a business about to make a significant change? Introduce us first.

WorkflowMind independently investigates how the relevant work really happens before a business commits to AI, technology or operational change.

You don't need to pitch the service: make a warm introduction and we'll handle the conversation.

£750 to you

Direct cash payment per successful eligible Diagnostic.

or

£750 to charity

Donated directly to your nominated eligible UK registered charity.

Listen for the decision trigger.

The best introductions are leaders who are considering significant change but don't yet have a reliable view of the work or its implications.

“We’re considering AI.”

Establish operational suitability, oversight questions and platform criteria.

“Manual work keeps increasing.”

Investigate the repeated steps, handoffs and causes of rework.

“We want to automate this.”

Understand the process before committing to the solution.

“We’re replacing a system.”

Identify current workarounds and dependencies before implementation.

“Growth is stretching the team.”

Understand workload, capacity and key-person dependencies.

The easiest way to remember it:

Before they commit to AI, technology or significant operational change: think WorkflowMind.

Make the introduction. We'll take it from there.

  1. Step 01: Spot the Decision

Notice a business considering change without enough evidence.

  2. Step 02: Make a Warm Introduction

Ask permission and connect the person with Devon.

  3. Step 03: We Qualify the Need

We discuss the question and propose discovery only where appropriate.

  4. Step 04: Choose Your Reward

After an eligible Diagnostic is purchased, paid for and commenced, claim £750, donate it or waive it.

Making the introduction takes less than a minute.

Questions people ask before they join

Do I need to sell WorkflowMind?

No. Make a warm introduction; we handle qualification, the Diagnostic and proposal.

What counts as a successful referral?

An eligible new business buys its first qualifying Diagnostic within six months of the recorded introduction, pays for it and starts delivery. See the Referral Partner Terms for full eligibility rules.

When do I get paid?

The reward is earned once payment and commencement are confirmed. For cash rewards, we aim to pay within 14 days of receiving a valid invoice.

How much is the referral reward?

£750 for each successful eligible referral.

Can I donate the reward instead?

Yes. Nominate an eligible UK registered charity after a successful referral; WorkflowMind donates £750 directly.

Do I choose the charity when I join?

No. Choose cash, charity or waiver separately for each earned reward.

Can I choose a different charity each time?

Yes. Each earned reward can have a different charity or reward choice.

Can I split the £750 between myself and charity?

Not currently. Choose cash, charity or waiver for each referral.

Can I claim Gift Aid on the charity donation?

No. WorkflowMind donates in its own name, not yours. Seek independent advice about your own tax position.

Do I have to accept the £750?

No. Take the reward, nominate a charity or waive it entirely.

What if I’m not allowed to accept referral fees?

You can still introduce us. Check your employer, client, contractual and professional rules before choosing a reward. Charity does not override those rules; you can waive the reward.

Should I tell the person that there’s a referral reward?

Disclose it wherever your obligations require it. We encourage transparency and provide a sentence you can add to your introduction.

Can I just send you someone’s contact details?

Ask permission and make a warm introduction. Do not send cold contact lists or share details unexpectedly.

How long does a referral remain attributed to me?

Six months from the recorded introduction. The qualifying purchase must fall within that window; see the Terms.

What if two partners refer the same company?

The first eligible recorded warm introduction normally receives attribution. We resolve exceptions reasonably and in good faith.

Does the £750 apply to every future piece of work the company buys?

No. It applies to the first qualifying Diagnostic only. Further work, subscriptions or Diagnostics need a separate written reward agreement.

Can I refer my own employer?

Not if your role in the purchasing decision creates a conflict of interest. Ask us first if unsure.

Can I refer public-sector organisations?

Contact us first. Procurement, conflict and anti-bribery requirements may apply.

What if the charity I nominate can’t receive the donation?

We’ll contact you and ask you to nominate another eligible charity.

Your role as a partner

  • What you do: Spot the trigger → Ask permission → Send a warm intro email.
  • What you don’t do: Pitch, demonstrate software, negotiate fees or write proposals.
Reward conditions and disclosure

A successful referral creates a £750 referral reward. When it becomes due, we’ll contact you and ask what you’d like us to do with it. We’ll arrange payment directly with you or your business. If VAT is properly chargeable, it will be dealt with in accordance with the Referral Partner Terms, and you are responsible for any tax or reporting obligations that apply to you.

If you prefer not to take the payment, nominate an eligible UK registered charity and WorkflowMind will make a £750 donation directly to them, in its own name at your direction. We’ll confirm when it has been made.

If your employer, professional body, client arrangements or personal preference mean you don’t want either option, you can simply waive the reward. You’re still very welcome to make introductions.

Your ability to accept a referral reward or direct a donation may be affected by your employer’s policies, contractual obligations or professional/regulatory requirements. You are responsible for checking the rules that apply to you and making any required disclosures.

You can nominate an eligible UK registered charity. WorkflowMind reserves the right to ask you to nominate an alternative organisation where we cannot verify the charity, cannot reasonably make the donation, or where making the donation could create a legal, regulatory or conflict-of-interest concern.

Participation is governed by the Referral Partner Terms.
